Once approved, Backyard Essence Co. will process and ship your order according to our fulfillment timelines.


Billing & Payments

Klarna will charge your selected payment method according to your agreed payment schedule. All billing, payment reminders, and statements are managed by Klarna.

Backyard Essence Co. does not store or process Klarna financing details.


Returns & Refunds

If you return an item in accordance with our Return Policy, your refund will be processed through Klarna. Refund timing depends on Klarna’s processing schedule. Any remaining Klarna payments will be adjusted once the return is confirmed.
